Want your Thanksgiving meal to have an impact on your city? When you support our fundraiser, you help us:


• build relationships with those in need throughout Birmingham
• surround them with safe people who'll show them they're loved and keep them accountable
• offer healthy options and walk alongside them on as they rebuild their lives

Doors open for us to do some pretty incredible things when we know someone’s name, sit down to share a meal, and hear their story. This is how we can care for and serve people who are desperate to feel loved.


Urban Purpose continually looks for ways to support folks who are trying hard to overcome trauma, addiction and abuse, and get their lives back on track. We’ve grown from handing out food and blankets under the bridge to providing a full range of support for marginalized men, women and children in Birmingham.
